- Ability to respond to queries in a prompt manner.
- Ability to interact with club officials, players and the wider public.
- Experience and/or knowledge of female cricket programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must hold a Blue Card.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the first point of call for all female queries at your club.
- Appoint all coaches and managers of female teams.
- Establish links with local Primary and Secondary schools.
- Work with the local QLD Cricket appointed Cricket Manager and the Gold Coast Female Junior Director of Coaching, both of whom can offer support and guidance.
- Establish and promote the player and parent code of behaviour.
- Promote and encourage player development opportunities (e.g. representative selection).
- Connect with the local Woolworths Cricket Blast program, promoting the next opportunity for female players.
- Have a say in how specific female funding gets distributed within your club.
- Be an advocate for all female cricket players within your club at committee meetings and in the wider Gold Coast cricket community.
