Trent Keep is a highly respected figure in Australian cricket, known for his extensive experience both on and off the field. As the Metro South Queensland Cricket Coach and Talent Specialist, Trent brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role, honed through years of playing and coaching at various levels. His background includes serving as the Premiership Head Coach of the Gold Coast Dolphins and earning recognition as a Level Three High Performance Coach (CA).

Trent’s cricketing journey began in the Tasmanian High Performance system, where he developed a solid foundation in the game. His career has taken him around the globe, enriching his perspective and approach to coaching. In his current role with Queensland Cricket, Trent has been instrumental in nurturing talent and driving performance at the grassroots level.

In addition to his coaching roles, Trent is deeply involved in the Indigenous pathways coaching space, reflecting his commitment to diversity and inclusion in the sport. His involvement extends beyond cricket; he serves on the Concussion Legacy Foundation Board of Australia, underscoring his dedication to youth mental health and concussion management.
